Pedro worked with us at Wellcome Data Labs to design the interface of our first product. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He quickly adapted himself to the design needs of the team, asking all the right questions. He focused on understanding the user goals in order to solve design problems, while also considering a range of other design needs such as informational design and visual design. Where evidence was available he utilised it with a user-centred mindset, and where evidence was not available he made well-thought design decisions drawing on his wealth of experience. An asset to any team. I look forward to working with him again.

Having worked with Rita for many years on many different projects I can honestly say that she was always the first name on the team sheet for me. Rita is incredibly hard working and highly adept at both UX and visual design work. She has very strong problem solving skills and actually seems to relish the challenge of trickier and more complex projects. I’ve seen her lead as well as be part of design teams and to say she is is a safe pair of hands would be an understatement. Without a doubt one of the best designers I have worked with.
