The question isn’t whether data should be used, it’s how data can be used well. IF have been spearheading this movement. What’s different about IF is that they investigate where power sits in the tech stack, and know how to shift that power in product.

I was impressed by IF’s work, the speed at which they understood the problem space, and their ideas on the wider system necessary to create trust. IF helped us understand a complex area for design, and continue to inspire us with their unique insight and invaluable approach to responsible technology.
