Nice and Serious

B Lab UK’s five-year report was an important, high-profile project for us, with the creation of a dynamic, accessible, content-rich site appearing as a daunting task. But the team at Nice and Serious delivered impressively - with a great concept, compelling design, intuitive navigation and some very engaging interactive features throughout ourstory.bcorporation.uk. Friendly yet professional, the team provided great advice and detailed explanation throughout the entire process, resulting in a great site which has attracted a lot of attention throughout our global network.

Across all our fundraising and campaigns work we have seen significant increase in supporter engagement – from our campaign actions to our regular givers to our major donors and corporate partners. Since the rebrand we have increased our number of contactable supporters from 8K (this was post GDPR changes) to more than 150K today. Similarly our unrestricted income from public fundraising has doubled from £800K in 2018 to more than £1.6m this year. The value and growing distinctiveness of our brand has definitely played a part in this. Our rebrand helped us to really focus our proposition, strengthen and amplify our voice and ensure our visual identity was distinctive, consistent but also adaptable to our different audiences and across a range of platforms.
