Metataxis

The Diocese of Salisbury has been working with Metataxis to migrate from network drives and implement TEAMS and SharePoint as a collaboration tool, documents repository, but critically, to work in new and more effective ways. From the start we have been impressed with the professionalism of the Metataxis staff and their deep understanding of not only the software, but also how to project manage and walk along side an organisation to encourage and deliver change. Metataxis are excellent at listening to the needs of the organisation, engaging with staff and present their findings and key stage outputs in easily digestible and image-rich formats. We have not yet completed the project, but we have without any doubt, partnered with the right company to help us through this significant change programme.

Metataxis provided a combination of great practical and technical ability with information governance knowledge to get the job done. The team is very pleased with the result and this work has been great support for our goals to further enhance our services. Metataxis were very proactive in their approach and communicated the entire process clearly for our team to understand the nature of work to be completed. The vault now is a peaceful place to walk into and no longer a health and safety hazard. We are over the moon with the results.
