Helen Triggs - Service Designer

Helen has been central in helping us navigate the challenges of moving a large and complex new website project forward. We have made significant progress with Helen’s guidance and expertise. A project that sat dormant for 3 years has been propelled forwards, with a clear understanding of our ambition, how we’ll better meet user and business needs and return on investment. Helen’s approach has meant she has seamlessly become an extended member of the project team, working with professionalism and empathy, from engaging our audiences in research to sharing rich findings back with internal stakeholders and coaching team members.
