Like every charity, getting our communications, marketing and fundraising right is absolutely essential to ensure we continue to achieve our mission and vision. We engaged EPLS as our brand and design agency to support with our charity rebrand campaign which won 'Best lobbying campaign or advancement of a cause 2019' in the Association Excellence Awards. We've used them ever since. We felt they really got us. They took the time to understand our vision and audience and helped us to think differently and with a fresh perspective. During the roll-out they became like an extension of our own team and we now use them for all our design needs from our membership magazine, digital, video, SEO, events and campaign support.
