We really valued having Big Lemon on board to lead the co-production sessions as it meant that all of our staff could fully participate in the journey. The team are super-friendly, helpful and patient - they’ve been very reassuring about managing the complexity of the challenge and helping us to make sense of all the material we wanted to include.
